our fr10 demonstration keeps losing the housing below the bench

I can identify the room in the seller's latest FR10 video better than I can identify our tooling. The arm moves, somebody's hand enters the picture, and the housing disappears behind the bench edge just as it should be released. No useful view of the finger profile. We agreed a molded-housing transfer demonstration before shipment. I am not asking for a film production, but I need to know this is our package and that the proposed fingers actually pick, carry and release the sample into the agreed fixture. How would you arrange a short replacement recording so those details stay connected?

Start with package and tooling identification, then keep the identified sample and receiving fixture visible through the agreed transfer; a close-up can explain the fingers, but it should not replace the handling sequence.

The agreement names the finger revision and receiving nest. Their video shows neither clearly. I can send annotated views of both, so the person filming knows what distinguishes them from the alternatives.

Our useful replacement clip came after we marked the hidden release area on one screenshot. Much better than my first email saying please film it properly, which apparently meant something different to everybody.

That would help here, Hana. I have marked the bench edge that blocks release and the inner finger relief we need to identify. I've also kept the original task description attached, not just a request for a close-up.

Was the hand placing the sample into the fingers, or only moving something elsewhere on the bench? That distinction affects which part of the demonstrated pickup is actually missing.

I cannot tell, Harish. The hand and sample are hidden together. I have described that as an unseen preparation or pickup step, not accused them of manually completing it. The new request starts before the sample is acquired, so we can see what preparation is involved and which part the tool does.

That is fair wording. Also ask them to identify any preparation the intended operator would need to repeat; it belongs in the process even if the robot handles the visible transfer well.

And leave the camera running long enough to see the fingers leave the released housing, because ours once looked placed until the retreat pulled it sideways again.

Have they agreed to that shot sequence, Amy, or only acknowledged the message?
