Seller sent another moving-arm clip, then a separate photo of our pad bag. I still can't see those pads fitted or our sample released into its tray. What should I ask them to connect?

Ask for the identified supplied assembly carrying out the agreed sample task, with the fitted contacts and tray release visible. A bag photograph cannot show which pads did the handling.
11分They've confirmed the photo is our ordered pad set, but the moving clip used another set. At least that explains why I couldn't recognise it. Still waiting for the agreed assembly doing the task.
9分Keep that distinction in the shared review. Has the technical contact accepted the requested pickup, release and withdrawal views, or are those still only questions sent to sales?
