our fr5 part pallet has no defined finish

Stored and sometimes returned for completion with the same product. Dispatch currently checks the remaining boxes and decides how to finish by hand. The proposal has not included that decision.

Start with a few actual returned examples beside the proposed build sequence. That can expose the missing states without trying to design every possible part pallet at once.

Include how the returning pallet and carton construction are identified. A count of boxes left to place will not tell the operator whether the existing support and arrangement match the selected sequence.

Have those examples changed the proposed pattern, Elliot?

Packaging rejected one turned partial arrangement. Integrator proposes finishing that order with a straight row, but the tool exit and returned-pallet recognition are still being checked.

Price the dispatch review time while those checks continue. You can keep it provisional without pretending the returning pallet will recognise itself.

The straight finish now has a joint support and tool-exit check. Returned pallets still go to dispatch review before re-entry; the recognition method is not agreed. We have not accepted the complete process.

Who covers that review when the usual dispatch person is absent? That is where our otherwise tidy exception plan started falling apart.
