Unpacked the FR5 and found a displaced support against the pendant enclosure. Visible dent beside the connection area. Seller says switch on and see. I've left it off, kept the packing and sent the arrival photos. Need an actual assessment plan before that suggestion goes anywhere.
Can your installer or a qualified local service firm propose an inspection of the impact area and anything it may have affected, for the seller to review with scope and cost before any energisation?
