Our proposed UR5e pallet pattern leaves channels for the fingers, but some reinforced carton ends in the next layer bridge those channels. I need packaging support and withdrawal space assessed on the same arrangement. The top view hides the conflict.
Ask for sections through the filled cases and both layers, with the bearing areas and full finger withdrawal shown together; then compare a different pattern or tool arrangement before anyone treats the neat top view as approval.
Packaging has rejected the support beneath two rotated positions. Tooling is comparing a revised gap arrangement and a lower-count pattern. Thanks, Jo. Neither has been trialled with filled cases yet.
Keep dispatch involved in that comparison, including any partial layer they actually ship, so the trial doesn't perfect a full stack and leave the normal short order as somebody else's problem.
