The seller confirmed our FR5 configuration against the inspection-fixture drawing, but the delivered suffix and adapter interface differ. Tooling stays unfitted. After 22 days of equivalent replies, I would like a comparison our installer can actually assess.
Installer has both external-label photographs and the original confirmation. Seller has not supplied the delivered assembly drawing, so we still cannot assess the equivalence claim.
