Have the machine owner and integrator check the supplied model against the actual machine and its normal door travel. Then add the complete held tool and empty return. No point refining a path through someone else's opening.

Which machine-door model belongs in our FR10 unloading check?

Machine owner confirmed the picture is the other door arrangement. Integrator had used a generic outline while waiting for our dimensions. It's still labelled preliminary, though purchasing had put it in the preferred-position column.
7分Our layout comparison once mixed an actual machine survey with a brochure outline. Can purchasing suspend that preferred position until the measured model is supplied?
14分Done. Machine owner is checking the opening and travel with the integrator. The full gripper assembly is identified now too; it won't remain a point when the model comes back.
16分Keep the blank in it as well. Tool-only clearance won't cover the loaded withdrawal.
16分Owen, did the brochure mistake change the selected position in your comparison?
18分It removed one position. The real door travel crossed its tool path. We had not ordered the stand, so the immediate cost was revising the comparison, not moving installed equipment.
16分Nora, has the setter marked where the fixture actually comes out? Their handling route may occupy space which the machine outline leaves empty.
2分Yes, with the fixture on its handling trolley. The corrected model rejects our first stand position because the door crosses the loaded route. Integrator is comparing a side position without moving the setter's route.
1分Does the side position need a different adapter, or the same identified tool?
10分Same tool, same blank grip. I asked that because I don't want a shorter imaginary assembly winning the side-position comparison while the actual kit stays in the quote.
7分Can the open fingers return from the release pose continuously in that model?
10分And include tool removal access, Nora. A route that clears the door can still leave the maintainer unable to reach the connection on the back.
8分Rachel, do you normally ask for the maintenance task in the same model or a separate view?
8分Separate task views can be clearer, but they should use the same assembly and machine revision. I'd have the maintainer show the actual access needed, not let the modeller invent a hand-shaped gap and call it serviceable.
0分Oliver, the integrator has returned the connected empty return as well as the loaded route. Rachel, maintenance has checked the tool-removal view against that same model. Both are clear for the side position, with the setter's trolley route retained.
10分Then get that exact position and assembly into the revised offer. The first picture already travelled further than preliminary should have allowed.
22分Has purchasing replaced the preferred-position drawing, rather than simply adding the new one behind it?
9分They replaced it and marked the other-door outline superseded. We're selecting the side-position proposal for detailed integration, not claiming an installed trial. Thanks, Owen; suspending the first preferred position stopped it quietly returning in the revised price.
