I've got a proposed FR5 loading layout where the blank slips past the open machine door beautifully and the actual gripper would apparently occupy the door handle, which is a decent argument for drawing more than the part; what measurements have people missed on these access reviews?
Not yet, thanks for that, I've requested the open-finger envelope and fittings from the gripper supplier instead of stretching their catalogue picture myself.
The cupboard has become part of the robot geometry, then. Are you considering relocating it, or must the reviewed access work around the existing door stop?
Cupboard can move but the machine owner needs to approve any door-stop work, so I've asked the integrator to assess the present opening first and list what a wider opening would actually change.
Worth putting the cupboard's destination on the same floor plan, ours moved out of a machine door path and straight into the route for bringing replacement tooling to the cell.
