I cannot justify collecting this FR5 on the strength of 'refurbished'

I want the refurbishment scope before committing to collect a used FR5 for our aluminium-block transfer, but the seller has supplied a paint-and-cleaning photo set rather than an inspection report; what work would you ask them to distinguish explicitly?

Ask for the work actually done, with replaced parts, inspection findings and test results tied to that arm's identity. Cleaning is work, but it doesn't tell you what they found inside or why they changed anything. I'd also ask what remains excluded. A seller may have done a perfectly decent limited job while your budget quietly assumes a much wider one. Then have someone qualified for that equipment review the evidence and quote a pre-purchase inspection if it's still promising. I wouldn't book collection just to reward them for sending more photographs.
