Our delivered FR10 labels match the order, but the guide shows a different controller connection panel, and eleven days of asking for the applicable manual hasn't produced one; I've kept it unpowered for our fixture-loading setup, so what would make the mismatch report useful to a technical person?

Have you shown the external controller identity and panel labels beside the exact guide revision and page, without opening anything up?

I've sent a panel photo and order number, but not the manual revision; the file came with the seller's setup message and I assumed they knew which one they'd attached.

Include the file's revision anyway. Forwarded tickets lose their original attachments remarkably easily.

Does their reply identify which document applies to that controller revision, or merely say the robot model is correct?

Only that the model is correct, which I haven't disputed; I've asked them to identify the controller-specific guide and kept the installation hold in the same message.

Model confirmation doesn't reconcile those connections. Leave the mismatch open; no pinout guessing from resemblance.
