UR launched the UR15 on Monday and leads with speed. Before I get talked into a faster arm for machine tending, I want the cycle split into actual robot travel, door time and machining. What fraction of a cycle would need to be travel before you'd seriously revisit the arm? No universal fraction. If travel is the thing delaying the next machine cycle, seconds can matter. If it happens during machining, they might not.

I'd include settling and gripping too. Fast empty moves are not the whole transfer.

Yes. Separate timing trace, not a headline percentage. That's what I'll ask for.
