16分Throughout. Packaging has rejected the turned positions shown. They want a straight-layer comparison using these same filled cases, not an empty carton mock-up
11分Ask how that straight arrangement would be finished and taken away as well. A pattern can be buildable and still create an awkward extra job for the person securing and moving the load.
7分Victor, yes, and the changed arrangement needs its own stability assessment. We should not assume removing the turned positions leaves an acceptable stack simply because its local support looks better.

6分Not on the integrator's first route. The complete gripper overlaps the adjacent filled case during withdrawal. They've proposed changing the placement order, with packaging checking the intermediate arrangement too
20分That is where a shared sequence helps. Number the placements on the packaging view so the integrator doesn't solve access using an order the packaging reviewer never saw.
