What installed measurements support the sketch? Start by identifying the machine, fixture and parked-door geometry it actually represents. A reach line cannot make up for missing equipment.

FR10 fixture access with an invisible gripper and open door

Machine catalogue outline and our fixture drawing. Door omitted entirely. The integrator hasn't had an installed survey, so I can see why the sketch shouldn't carry an arm choice yet.
0分Can the tool supplier provide the complete proposed assembly with the blank held, including adapter, fingers and connections? I would want that geometry before deciding whether the obstruction belongs to the arm position or the tooling arrangement.
8分Amanda, who does the fixture change on this bay? I'd have them walk the opening with the surveyor. I've raised this on other layouts because the robot can inherit space the setter uses only briefly, but really needs.
13分Does the setter bring a trolley through that opening or stop beside it?
11分Carla and Hazel, the setter parks beside the opening and lifts the fixture from there. That parked space isn't marked either. Kieran, supplier has agreed to provide the loaded assembly, connections included.
21分Mark the trolley approach too; parking space alone is not proof they can get it there with the proposed base installed.
17分I would ask the integrator to assess the loaded exit and empty return together, since the attractive fixture pose is only one moment in the exchange.
2分And keep the complete loaded-tool assessment against the robot's limits separate from geometric clearance. One passing check does not supply the other.
17分Installed survey is back. The open door projects farther beside the fixture than the catalogue outline suggested. Complete tool model is still pending, so we haven't established an actual clash or chosen another base location.
5分That measurement is useful without jumping to a remedy. Will the supplier's model identify the proposed assembly revision, so a later change in finger length cannot silently invalidate the access comparison?
17分Yes, revision identified in their delivery request. Thanks Victor for the trolley approach point; setter has marked the turning space as well as the parked position. Those stay in the integrator's comparison.
4分Any complete-tool result yet, Amanda? Interested whether the original position survives.
19分Complete assembly has arrived as a model, not a reviewed result. Integrator is checking both routes in the surveyed layout. I haven't promised the original position or a moved one to purchasing.
5分Please keep the setter's access finding beside whichever candidate returns; it would be a shame to solve the robot route and lose the human one in the next drawing issue.
