Seller says our FR5 and controller cable reached the agent. Agent says warehouse receipt pending. Different references. What should I ask them to match before I treat either message as a location?

On our demonstration request, getting the actual package identified mattered more than another general movement clip; here I'd ask for the crate marking and physical handover receipt, then have the agent relate those to its warehouse reference and contents record.

Seller supplied a collection receipt with our crate mark. Agent found that reference in its booking system, but still hasn't matched it to warehouse intake. Collection evidenced, present location still unanswered.

Ask who physically received it from that collector, Ben, and keep the controller cable on the contents question; a booking match alone doesn't tell you where the crate went next or settle what's inside.

Warehouse located the marked crate under the collector's separate intake reference. Agent has linked both references and supplied its current holding location. Cable contents still awaiting the identified packing record. No onward delivery date confirmed.
