I've got an FR10 demo unloading pucks into a new tray and a competing demo using our battered returnable tray. Both ran, but one operator kept nudging tray dividers between clips. Can't pick a winner from this lot. Has anyone compared the extra tray work properly?
Were the divider nudges correcting damage or setting a different puck size? The first belongs in your day-to-day handling estimate. The second may belong in changeover time. I would ask for an uncut sequence around those adjustments.
