Only the ones you can match to that physical mark. Can quality locate it in each image, with the plate's orientation clear? The attractive bright line may be something else entirely.
14分Quality can locate it in two. The third photo cuts that edge off.
6分Retain the third as incomplete coverage, with no invented scratch location.
19分Did somebody crop that edge afterwards, or is it outside the proposed camera view? Different problem if the station never sees it.

18分Does the corrected full image show the mark clearly enough for the intended decision? Finding its location is a useful start, but quality still needs to judge whether these image conditions are usable.
