Our FR5 tool-interface module reached the seller's agreed service address 26 days ago, delivery proof and return agreement both sent, but each reply asks which order it belongs to; I have supplied that too, and our housing-transfer station is still waiting for somebody to book the thing in.
Can someone receive our FR5 module without admitting it is theirs?

Has service found the module now? If it has, I would ask for the assessment stage rather than another acknowledgement from the sales contact.
13分Found under the courier reference instead of our return reference, and service has now sent a photograph of its identifier plus an intake number; no assessment yet, but at least I am no longer arguing that it physically arrived.
