Our FR5 tool-interface module reached the seller's agreed service address 26 days ago, delivery proof and return agreement both sent, but each reply asks which order it belongs to; I have supplied that too, and our housing-transfer station is still waiting for somebody to book the thing in.
Found under the courier reference instead of our return reference, and service has now sent a photograph of its identifier plus an intake number; no assessment yet, but at least I am no longer arguing that it physically arrived.
