Include the adapter reference from the order. A visible adapter can still be the wrong adapter, as our own package comparison taught us.

Yes, the sample pieces have distinct IDs from our original dispatch list, and I sent photographs showing them; they were just not legible in the footage.

Then ask them to keep those identities readable. You do not need a new sample system for a camera problem.

Is that nudge part of the offered process, or correcting a failed placement? Ask before treating the demonstration as complete.

They acknowledge it corrects a placement and have referred that sample to their application person; the recording finally answers identity, but I have not accepted the handling result.
