Ask service to match the returned pendant identifier to an intake record and tell you the next assessment step. Include the agreed return reference. Parcel delivery may only mean their receiving desk has the box
They found it under our purchasing company's name, not the workshop name. Intake confirmed now. No assessment date. Thanks, Julia, asking for the intake record got a different answer at last.
