I want the packed-carton bearing areas overlaid on the lower layer, alongside tool access. Our alternating UR5e pattern rotates some cartons across gaps. Which placement states should the shared review include?
First, last and any constrained placements, with the tool carrying, releasing and leaving. Include permitted partial loads too; the next shift needs to know what arrangement it can actually resume.
Packaging found the end-bearing strips unsupported in the rotated row of our full layer. We have rejected that row before reviewing any replacement. Partial-load requirements are now explicit in the next layout brief.
