Our sleeve job has offsets but no tooling-change note

FR5 sleeve transfer has become unreliable. Grip looks angled. Two pickup offsets were added after cleaning, with no note saying what was removed from the tool. I want maintenance to inspect the assembly before anyone teaches a third correction.

Compare the refitted fingers with the drawing, isolated for inspection. Include spacers behind them.

Maintenance found a spacer fitted on the wrong side of one finger. Restored the specified arrangement and checked the tray location. Integrator is reviewing the added offsets before the transfer trial.

Yes. The agreed tray-exchange and loaded-transfer checks passed after the pickup was reviewed. Strip-down instructions now show spacer orientation. Job released, with the corrected assembly and program version in handover.
