Our training-cell app sometimes misses the PLC's brief housing-inspection request, and the job-interface notes don't clearly say who owns or clears it. I'm reviewing only the ordinary handshake; safety is independently engineered. What should both authors settle before we try another timing tweak?
Have them define request identity, acknowledgement and clearing ownership, including delayed observation and restart. Review a retained request with an explicit acknowledgement rather than assume a longer pulse proves reliable delivery.
