I cannot compare our UR5e carton-filling proposals yet. One prices the presentation fixtures and operator training; the other leaves both as customer provision. Guarding is still being scoped. How do I show those gaps without making a guessed allowance look like a supplier commitment?
Show quoted items, your own estimated work and genuinely unpriced scope separately, then ask both suppliers to price the same job boundary; an honest blank with an owner and next decision is more useful than a total that quietly assumes the fixtures are free
