Seller says our FR10 and tool cable were handed over. Freight agent says awaiting receipt under a different reference. I have asked twice for the crate marks linking them. No match yet. Installation stays unbooked.
We had a loading photo that looked convincing until the forwarder said it couldn't connect it to anything received. Ask for the receiving business, signed handover and crate marks together, then have both contacts answer the same trace request. A booking reference can exist without a warehouse receipt
