0分Packing confirmed the instruction. There's an internal divider with narrow feet. We had only shown the outside rectangle on the layout.
19分Add those feet to the support view, then ask packaging which placements they can accept. The tool supplier can check release access at those positions without guessing how the carton carries its load.
11分They've proposed a different second layer. Tool supplier is checking it now. No loaded trial yet, so we're keeping approval open.
7分Make sure the trial uses that same revised pattern and the actual packing arrangement. It would be easy to test a similar-looking case without the divider that drove this change.
