The refurbished FR5 offer for our polymer-puck unloading job is attractively priced, but the inspection claim has no scope and the pictures do not establish the included package; what should I settle before paying for collection?

Get the identified machine's condition report and included-hardware list first, then have a suitable assessor review the gaps. Collection is only one cost. Tooling, support and teaching your operators can change the apparent saving considerably.

Seller supplied an arm test sheet but the photographed pendant is marked demonstration unit, so I have asked which pendant and cables are included with the sale.

That is worth settling before the visit. A demonstration using borrowed equipment can show something about the arm, but it doesn't establish that the offered package will let your workshop do the same.

Has the assessor seen the complete offer yet? I would not treat a working demonstration as a substitute for their condition review or for checking your actual puck-handling application.
