FR5 loading route missing the gripper body and mill door

I'm reviewing an FR5 proposal for loading 221 rectangular polymer blanks beside an enclosed mill. The sketch reaches the fixture but omits the gripper body and open door. What should I gather so our arm choice is based on the actual approach, placement and exit?

Ask the machine owner for the door survey while the toolmaker supplies its complete assembly states. One missing drawing shouldn't delay gathering the other.

Machine owner has supplied the door positions. Toolmaker sent closed fingers around the blank only. I've requested the body, connections and open state as well.

Show the release and empty withdrawal, not just loaded arrival. That's where open fingers need different space.

The fuller outline now intersects the door handle at release. Designer suggests changing the approach orientation, but hasn't checked what that does to grip and exit.

Then keep it as a suggested orientation, not a clearance fix. The toolmaker needs to establish whether the changed grip is suitable for the blank and the rest of the route.

Has setter access been shown alongside the base? A shifted approach may preserve tool clearance while moving the arm into the changeover space.

Setter has marked their working area on the review drawing. The alternative orientation remains under study; no base movement or tool modification has been approved.

Include where it parks for changeover. Working area without robot state leaves half the question open.

The review now includes that parked state and the fixture trolley. Thanks, Dinesh; running the machine survey separately got the door constraint into the discussion before the complete tool drawing arrived.

Does the intended door position respect the machine's operational and safety requirements? Don't let an access model quietly gain space by assuming a different door condition.

Machine owner confirmed the position used is the intended one. Complete route approval is still outstanding, and I haven't selected the arm from this study yet.
