Fairino FR10: A better-looking pickup isn't the whole result

I added a tray locator to our Fairino FR10 setup for fixture-to-tray transfer with a rigid molded housing in a shared assembly workshop. A few supervised runs looked more consistent, then a tray replacement brought another missed pickup. I want to share the result accurately. The change seems useful, but 'fixed' feels a bit generous.

Was the replacement tray fully seated when that miss happened? Check that observation before assuming the locator or taught point needs another change.

It wasn't fully seated. The locator reduced visible movement, but it didn't stop us leaving the tray short of its seat.

Report both findings. Ask the responsible person to review a clear seating check, then include normal tray replacement in a supervised comparison before calling the handling fixed.
