What does the sheet actually say was checked, and have they identified which controller comes with the arm? Could just be mixed sales photographs, but you need that sorted before an inspection quote means much.

14分Ask for identifiers for the offered arm and controller, included equipment and available repair history, then give those and this sheet to an independent assessor for a scoped inspection; your housing task needs its own suitability review too.
