I'm putting together a note format while I learn robot integration. Would you keep the workshop nickname for a device alongside its drawing label? I want the note to be useful to someone standing at the cell and to someone reading it remotely. Unsure what belongs in the heading.

Both. Put the drawing identifier first and the nickname in brackets. A nickname helps recognition; it shouldn't be the only thing the next shift can search for.
