Our Fairino FR5 arrived from an unnamed seller in China in a crate with a crushed corner and shifted internal supports. I can see damage near the controller enclosure.
We bought it for transferring inspection trays; I haven't powered it. I've photographed the delivery and kept the packaging, but the seller's reply just says to switch it on.

Do your photos show the crate label, shifted supports, and the wider area around the damage? Those would help someone assess what they're looking at.
