Seller points to the installed adapter. I ordered an additional spare. Next shipment still has no reference.

Ask for separate fulfilment against the additional-spare line, with the agreed adapter reference and its actual availability; a photograph of the installed part answers a question you did not ask.

Sent. They acknowledge the spare line now, but still give no stock or dispatch answer.
