Our spacer unloading has accumulated pickup nudges while the grip gets less square. Tray looks unchanged. What should I inspect before another point change hides the physical cause?

When does one identified spacer first tilt: in its tray seat, as the jaws contact it or after lifting? Compare repeated seating and the fitted contact geometry against their intended references. Keep the accumulated point changes available for the eventual repair review rather than treating a mechanical finding and the selected program as separate jobs.
