Does the seller say the crate was relabelled, or are you being left to invent that explanation? I'd ask for the order-to-crate mapping and the actual handover evidence, including what the receiving agent recognises.

Requested that link directly. Our planner has paused the setup booking; no location or delivery date confirmed from the forwarded receipt.
7分Keep the tray gripper on the packing-content question. Even when the crate is found, you still need to know the complete ordered setup is in it.
