I'm tracing the ordinary job signals for our UR5e inspection station. PLC pulses a request, app misses some, and both programs contain a line that clears it. Brilliant ownership arrangement.
I'd like a held request and an acknowledgement, but first I need to settle which side writes what. This is the job interface only; the safety system is separate. Anyone got a sensible way to review the handover without just stretching the pulse and hoping?
What does the trace show first: the PLC clearing its request, or the application overwriting it?
