refurbished ur5e price is clear, inspection scope is not

Considering a refurbished UR5e for molded-housing tray-to-fixture transfer, but inspected is the whole condition description so far; what records and checks should I establish before committing to collection costs, rather than discover what the adjective meant after it reaches our workshop?

Can the seller supply an inspection report tied to that unit and identify the included controller, pendant and other equipment? I would want the tests, findings and repair history they actually have, then an appropriate independent condition assessment for the purchase. A generic checklist is not a report on this arm.

They supplied a generic power-up checklist and a serial photograph, but nothing linking completed tests to that serial or explaining refurbishment work; I have asked whether an independent assessment can be arranged before collection, with no payment commitment made.

That is still an unanswered condition question. Keep the scope of supply in the enquiry too; even a satisfactory arm assessment would not make missing interface equipment or an unavailable support route disappear from the purchase cost.
