Our FR5 trial used fingers shaped around the small sample's flange, but the delivered set has flat contact faces, and the seller says equivalent without showing our samples held or released with it; I've left the tooling unfitted while we compare the two identified sets.
It located the sample laterally before placement into the close-fitting tray pocket, so I have asked how the flat pads maintain that placement and release behaviour rather than only whether they grip it.
Only with an empty open-and-close video so far, which I've returned with the tray drawing and the sample-handling requirement; no reviewed alternative or replacement shipment agreed.
