I know a replacement would still need checking against the saved point changes, but first our FR5 polymer-housing job needs an as-found explanation: the tray looks fixed while the held housing gets less square; what inspection order would expose what the edits have been concealing?
Preserve the current tooling, tray and program identities before changing them. Establish whether the housing is already mis-seated or turns during contact, then inspect the relevant locating and gripping surfaces under the maintenance procedure. Compare the fitted arrangement with its specified assembly, including removable inserts and mounting stacks; visual agreement between two fingers is not proof that either is correct.
