Our FR5 shortlist for unloading 156 polymer blanks rests on a sketch without the gripper body or open door. I want the actual assembly reviewed; what should the access check show?
Show the proposed tool with its connections and held blank, plus open-finger states, against measured door geometry. Has anyone recorded the permitted door position used in the sketch?
No door position recorded. I've asked the machine owner for that, alongside the toolmaker's complete outline. A reach circle is doing a lot of unpaid work here.
Include the approach and loaded exit, not only the grip pose. Keep assumptions visible until the actual dimensions arrive, including any setter or service access affected by the proposed base.
The door dimensions are back, but the tool connections are still missing from its drawing. I've held the arm choice and asked for those before the route review. No clash or clearance established yet.
