What does our FR10 steel-blank route leave outside the drawing?

My FR10 exchange sketch reaches the fixture but excludes the gripper and open mill door. What should a complete access review show before arm selection?

Show the loaded tool through the entire exchange, then the open tool after release. My own layout looked acceptable until that empty withdrawal crossed a door fitting

Use the installed door geometry, not a generic opening. Include the adapter and connections with the tool. The receiving location belongs in the same revision.

Keep maintenance and fixture-change access on it. A route that works only while nobody can service the machine is incomplete.

Machine survey available. Tool supplier still owes adapter and connection details. Integrator owns the combined drawing with maintenance included

Keep those details unresolved in any comparison for now. A guessed fitting can make a route look either better or worse than it is

Complete assembly received and added. Review found the empty tool crosses the door handle during withdrawal. Loaded approach clears in this drawing

That is a specific reason the drawn exchange cannot be accepted. Have the integrator compare another route or orientation without removing the handle from the model.

And let maintenance see any changed position. Don't move the conflict into their working space.

Alternative orientation is being assessed. Original withdrawn from the selection pack; no arm choice from the clear approach alone

Thanks for returning with the empty-tool finding. Keep the door and release states visible in the alternative too
