Start at the strip-down. Tool seating and finger contacts, isolated for inspection. What was removed?
10分Contact pads and the tray stop came off. Nobody wrote down which pad went back on which finger. They look symmetrical from the front.

21分I would check the tray stop before taking the fingers apart again. It moved in the same strip-down, and you can compare its position with the setup drawing without buying anything.
4分Check both. Tray position won't explain every crooked grip, and neither will pad identity.

0分Yes, Callum, same incoming batch. Luis, the pad backs aren't the same: one has a deeper locating recess. Maintenance is checking the assembly drawing before putting them back.
9分Use the full assembly drawing. Different backs may be intentional. Find which pad belongs on which finger before anybody decides that making them identical would help.

16分And who signs the setup back in? Include the point edits in that review. Correct hardware plus yesterday's compensation could give you another poor pickup.

8分Good to hear the stop was checked. My preference was the quickest inspection first, not leaving the fingers alone once you found something there.
9分Setter and maintenance have restored the pad arrangement and reviewed the accumulated edits. Supervised checks with identified sleeves look square again. We're leaving the job under observation through another changeover before calling it settled.
12分Give the cleaner a clear assembly photo with the distinguishing backs visible. A front view would preserve exactly the confusion you just found.
