Outside labels match the fixture-sample package I ordered, but the supplied guide does not match the arm-cable connections. Thirty-six days asking the seller in China for clarification. Still unpowered. What should I request so the installer can identify the correct instructions?

Send the installed component identities and exterior connection photographs with the conflicting guide pages. Ask their technical contact for documentation explicitly applicable to that combination, then have your qualified installer review it. Matching outside labels do not justify improvising connections or adapting the guide yourself.
