The polished-cover streak moves when we change presentation, but the folder calls each version a scratch. I need physical reference decisions and repeatable image conditions for our planned UR5e station. Simply deleting the bright examples would leave us with prettier pictures, not an inspection requirement.
Have quality judge the retained covers under the agreed appearance method and identify the actual regions, then compare those same regions with controlled presentation and lighting; a moving highlight does not prove the cover has no defect elsewhere, or even beneath it.
Quality has accepted the brushed-looking region on one retained cover and rejected a separate groove on that same cover. Both are identified for the camera comparison. Keeping the piece as a reject while correcting the first region's false scratch label; that distinction was getting lost in our whole-image filenames.
