I checked every bag before chasing our missing FR10 spare adapter, having seen a mounting plate hidden under a poor description before. This one really is absent. The installed adapter is correct, but the seller in China only says the additional one will be in the next shipment. What should I ask for that identifies an actual dispatch?
Our order contact has taken it on. I have asked them to confirm the spare's drawing reference before packing too. No need to receive an extra adapter with a fresh mystery attached.
