The old gusset-bracket sheet says height good in jig, low on bench. No measured feature named. I can't use that to justify a correction step in our FR5 proposal.
Find the inspector's actual check, if it survives. 'Height' could mean the top edge from the bench or a drawing dimension from a specified datum. And sitting on the bench may not reproduce that datum at all.
Found a sketch showing the top edge measured from the bench surface. The drawing uses the mounting face. Quality needs to establish how the bracket was supported before we call those readings comparable.
