I asked for our agreed housing-handling demonstration and received a general UR5e motion clip. No readable unit identity, no clear sample transfer. I cannot connect it to our purchase.

Can they provide a continuous handling view linked to the unit and tooling identifiers, using your agreed housings and receiving tray, with pickup, release and withdrawal visible? Separate close-ups can identify the kit, but need a clear link to the system doing the work.
22分Requested exactly that. They sent identifier photographs but no replacement handling view. I've acknowledged the photos and left the agreed demonstration outstanding, not nearly accepted.
