I'm opening a separate FR5 sleeve-loading report, but I nearly attached a screenshot from our earlier tray fault. The new clip shows the sleeve held above a fixture and nothing from the pendant. What is the smallest useful evidence set to give the seller without mixing the jobs again?
Which message and step belong to this fixture wait? Start there, with the time and fixture identity. The held sleeve alone won't tell support what's missing.
We captured another occurrence. Fixture K2, waiting for fixture located at the loading-request step. The message, time and wider fixture photograph now belong together. Unit and program details are attached separately
Has support said what feeds fixture located on K2? I'd want the local controls person checking that exact condition, not guessing from the screen label.
Controls says it comes from the fixture position detector. Its state is false in this occurrence. Maintenance is looking at the detector and target arrangement before changing anything in the sequence
Give the seller one explicit question beside the attachments. We got more useful replies after asking about a named confirmation, rather than asking them to diagnose everything in a folder. More files had not meant more help.
Alex, only K2 in this occurrence. Nina, I've asked whether their expected location input matches the supplied K2 arrangement. Maintenance found the target bracket is a different revision from the drawing we were using
Supplier is checking which bracket revision belongs with the delivered fixture. No replacement accepted yet. Thanks, Nina, for the pointed-question suggestion; their reply finally discusses K2 rather than the older tray job
Did they identify the intended bracket? Different doesn't automatically mean wrong, but you need that answer before anyone copies the old drawing back onto it.
