16分You can pay someone independent to look at it before arranging collection. Give them the seller's actual scope first, though. Otherwise you may buy another report that answers exactly the same small question.

5分Condition visit only. I already have a separate tooling allowance, and it is not small. My first draft budget treated the workshop's spare fixture as free because we owned it. Then our machinist pointed out that it is still needed for manual work. I have put a second fixture and its design time into the comparison. The assessor will identify exclusions before we agree the visit. I would rather learn that access is too limited now than collect a cheap unanswered question.
13分Thanks for explaining the fixture situation. Keeping the manual job available matters here; it also gives you somewhere to keep working while the robot application is being developed.

19分Visit completed. The assessor found a damaged cable outer covering and wants the connection checked properly before drawing a conclusion about that part of the package. Seller has agreed to make it available for that work. We have not bought it. The inspection fee has at least replaced a vague concern with a specific cost question.
