I have the sheet now. Visual inspection and power-on, with no faults listed. That is all. The refurbished FR10 is cheap enough to interest us for puck transfer, but I cannot tell whether anything beyond the startup screen was checked.

15分I'd ask who did it. Not to catch anyone out, but a warehouse check and a technician's assessment can land under the same heading (we've bought both).
16分You can pay someone independent to look at it before arranging collection. Give them the seller's actual scope first, though. Otherwise you may buy another report that answers exactly the same small question.

5分Condition visit only. I already have a separate tooling allowance, and it is not small. My first draft budget treated the workshop's spare fixture as free because we owned it. Then our machinist pointed out that it is still needed for manual work. I have put a second fixture and its design time into the comparison. The assessor will identify exclusions before we agree the visit. I would rather learn that access is too limited now than collect a cheap unanswered question.
