Our FR10 arm crate arrived on the consolidated pallet, but the separately marked pendant-package crate did not. Receiving signed for one pallet and the carrier now sends that receipt whenever we ask about the missing crate. We still have the wrapping and labels. I need the search to follow the crate mark, not the delivered pallet status.
Ask the consolidation warehouse for its load and split records against the missing mark. One delivered pallet isn't a count of everything that should have been on it.
The warehouse has a loading photo showing both crate marks on the original pallet. At our door the pallet had only the arm crate. I've asked where it was rebuilt between those points.
Their consolidation contact has taken it on. A depot record says the pallet was split, but the pendant crate's onward record has not been found. No location confirmed yet.
