Our FR5 report adds repeat mounting-plate checks after restart and calls the batch nearly complete. I can identify each plate and its attempts. Which current decisions should the accepted-item total follow?
The authorised current disposition for each identified plate, not the number of completed checks. Keep failed and repeated attempts underneath. A plate on hold should not remain accepted because an earlier attempt passed.
Quality has a current disposition list, including the held plates. The report counts completed attempts instead. I have given the developer both lists with one repeated plate highlighted for reconciliation
When it returns, test reopening that same batch and importing an already recorded result again. Neither action should create another accepted plate, even though a genuine new attempt still belongs in its history.
